Prices are per apartment per day considering a standard number of guests.
The tourist tax is €2.30 per person per day, applicable to guests aged 14 and over.

In case you need extra beds, we will add an additional cost per day depending on the period requested.

Prices include: final cleaning, weekly linen change, water and electricity, private car park, ski and boot storage.
Your reservation will be confirmed only after the payment of the deposit followed by our written confirmation.

In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded for any reason.
In case of late or missed arrival or early departure, you will be charged 100% of the agreed cost per day (until the end of the period you booked). In case your booking is not respected, European travel regulations will apply.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in order to protect yourself and us from economic losses.
The apartments are available from 3 pm of the day of arrival until 9.30 am of the day of departure.

Pets allowed.

Cancellation of the reservation from 30 to 15 days before the arrival date will incur a penalty of 30% of the booked services. Cancellation of the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date will incur a penalty of 100% of the booked services.
We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy.
